Jealousy

·Master Acharavadee Wongsakon

Jealousy is one of the most destructive impurities of the mind. It arises from comparison and attachment, creating suffering for both the jealous person and those around them.

The Buddha taught that jealousy stems from a fundamental misunderstanding of the nature of reality. When we truly understand that all things are impermanent and that each person's karma is their own, jealousy naturally dissolves.

Through Vipassana meditation, we can observe jealousy as it arises in the mind, understand its true nature, and gradually free ourselves from its grip.
