Dhamma means nature or normality. Everything has its natural characteristics of itself. For example, the water has its nature of coolness characteristic while the fire’s is heat. Good Force brings happiness and clarity to the mind whereas Dark Force brings suffering and turmoil.As used in Buddhism, the term Dhamma aims at goodness, justification and suitability. It cannot be only goodness without suitable time. There must be these three factors altogether. Dhamma practice means practicing to be in the path of goodness.Master Acharavadee Wongsakon
